Robert Pagliaro

Robert is a Senior Project Manager with Assured Communications with more than 30 years of experience.

Robert manages the full lifecycle of international submarine fiber optic cable projects. His responsibilities span project initiation, engineering, manufacturing, installation, testing, commissioning, customer acceptance, and financial management. As a trusted leader and primary customer interface, he oversees contract execution, risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and strategic decision-making for large-scale digital infrastructure programs that connect nations and support global communications.

Prior to working in the Subsea telecommunications industry, Robert served as Project Manager for PM WIN-T (Warfighter Information Network – Tactical) programs supporting the United States Department of Defense. In this role, he maintained a Top-Secret security clearance and directed strategic planning, scheduling, logistics, and fielding operations for communications systems valued at more than $1 billion in assets. Leading teams consisting of five senior leads and over 200 support personnel per mission, he successfully coordinated the deployment and modernization of critical communications equipment for 182 U.S. Army, Army National Guard, and Army Reserve units worldwide.

Earlier in his career, Robert founded and operated RJP Designs LLC, a successful design consultancy specializing in CAD-based construction and kitchen design solutions. Leveraging his expertise in project management, construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and technical design, he provided detailed architectural renderings and project coordination services for clients throughout the construction industry.
