Rhonda has an MBA from Walden University focusing on Cost Accounting and a BSBA in Economics from University Nevada Las Vegas. Rhonda holds a PMP, and multiple certificates from Villanova University in continuing education.  She is a member of the IMA (Institute of Management Accountants) and the PMI (Program Management Institute) and a member of the International Economics Society.

Rhonda’s exceptional interpersonal, leadership and team building skills allow her to work effectively with various management levels in multiple locations and matrixed functions.  She has experience in the DOD, DOE, NASA and the private sector.  Rhonda has a solid background in government accounting, FAR, CAS and EVM compliance.  Rhonda has supported multiple DCAA audits, DS-1 preparations and internal process development and participated in ACAT1studies for PARCA and DCMA related to software implementations.  Rhonda is a recognized industry professional and a speaker at the College for Performance Management, AACE (American Association of Cost Engineering) and the PMI.

Rhonda’s family resides in northern Virginia and enjoys her horses and traveling.
