Jake Miller

Jake is a senior executive with more than four decades of experience leading strategic growth initiatives, negotiating M&A transactions, and developing complex commercial partnerships throughout the communications sector. Jake has held executive leadership roles with Adelphia Communications, TelCove, Level 3, Lumos Networks, Segra Communications, and DIF Capital Partners, helping build and scale digital infrastructure platforms through acquisitions, operational improvement initiatives, and strategic partnerships.

As ASSURED’s Chief Financial Officer, Jake helps lead the company’s strategic partnerships, capital planning, and commercial development initiatives across the telecommunications and subsea infrastructure ecosystem. Outside of work, Jake serves in leadership roles supporting Parkinson’s advocacy and other nonprofit organizations in the Pacific Northwest. He is a certified ribeye and barbecue judge, an avid collector of cowboy boots, and lives west of Seattle with Betsy, his wife of over 40 years. Inspired by his grandfather’s advice to “Do your giving while you’re living,” Jake believes strongly in giving back to others and making a positive impact in the community.
